If it is, Gate 33 is simply waiting to complete a high five with your hanging gate. This can happen during planetary transits or when in the presence of someone with Gate 33 active!
If your Gate 33 doesn't have an active hanging gate, it will need a little more of an assist from the universe to be activated since the entire 33-19 Channel will need to be connected to get these juices flowing.
