First, check to see if the hanging gate listed above is activated in your chart. If it is, Gate 16 is simply waiting to complete a high five with your hanging gate. This can happen during planetary transits or when in the presence of someone with Gate 16 active!
If your Gate 16 doesn't have an active hanging gate, it will need a little more of an assist from the universe to be activated since the entire 16-48 Channel will need to be connected to get these juices flowing.
